SMS Messaging Consent and Privacy Policy

At Tactical Revolution, LLC, we use SMS text messaging to streamline communication during the hiring process and throughout project assignments. Below, we outline how contacts can opt in or out of receiving these messages and how we comply with SMS consent regulations.

Opt-in Process

We ensure all employees, contractors, and applicants provide informed consent to receive SMS messages. This consent is obtained through the following methods:

  1. Job Application Form
    • When applicants submit their information through our job application portal, they are presented with the option to agree or decline SMS communication.
    • A dropdown menu asks, “Do you give us permission to text you?” This field is required and allows applicants to select their preference.
    • Consent details are clearly displayed below the field, including:
      • A description of the SMS purpose (e.g., updates related to the hiring process).
      • Instructions for opting out, such as replying “STOP” to any text.
      • A note that standard messaging and data rates may apply.
  2. Text Policy Document
    • A Text Messaging Policy Document is provided to all employees and contractors during onboarding.
    • This document explains:
      • The purpose of SMS communication (e.g., schedule updates, project notifications).
      • How recipients can opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
      • A link to our Privacy Policy for more details.
      • Employees and contractors are required to acknowledge receipt of this document and indicate their consent by signing or initialing the form.
  3. Proof of Opt-in
    • We maintain documented proof of SMS consent for all employees, contractors, and applicants.
    • For online applications, opt-in records are saved digitally.
    • For contractors and employees, signed acknowledgments of the text policy are securely stored.

Opt-out Process

  1. Contacts can opt out of SMS messages at any time. The following options are available:
    • Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any SMS received.
    • Contacting us directly via phone or email to request removal from SMS communications.
  2. Once you opt out, no further SMS communications will be sent unless you provide new consent.

Message Usage

  1. SMS messages will be used solely for internal communications during the hiring process and project assignments, including:
    • Scheduling and confirming availability.
    • Sending important event details or updates.
    • Responding to inquiries related to assignments or projects.
    • Example message: “Good morning, your application was approved, and tomorrow’s show time is 8:30 AM. You will submit your invoice for payment via email.”

Privacy and Data Sharing

  1. We value your privacy and ensure compliance with SMS consent regulations.
  2. Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties for promotional purposes.
  3. All SMS communication is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (http://www.tacrev.us/sitemap/privacypolicy/), which outlines how we protect and use your personal information.
