Armor Mount
Designed and manufactured in the USA, our lightweight, compact, and rapidly deployable armor mounts attach to standard rail systems via a single quick-attach/quick-detach (QA/QD) turn screw. No tools are required, making installation and breakdown much more efficient. Requiring very low maintenance, these mounts are designed to withstand the harshest environmental conditions
By utilizing a quick-open/quick-close catch lever our armor mounts allow you to rapidly expand and collapse the AJAX Armor System. The armor plate to armor mount interfaces are universal – meaning you don’t need a separate mount for a different level plate. A key factor in the success of our armor mount, the built-in shock system that helps absorb ballistic impacts, reducing blunt force trauma to the operator and ultimately saving lives.
The AJAX™ armor system’s patented armor mounts are compatible with any weapons platform with rails at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions. Rail attachment is made easy with true quick-attach / quick-detach (QA/QD) design features that require no tools for use.
Simply attach the armor mounts to the rail system on your weapon and slide on the armor plates. Spring-loaded quick-open / quick-close components enable rapid deployment and stowage of the system. When you want to remove the system from your weapon – a quick turn of the QA/QD screw and it’s off.
